Healthy eating should be a way of life. That is something that is consciously done daily. Healthy eating is a mindset. I believe that healthy eating shouldn't be done prior to a major holiday or when you want to fit into that favorite black dress, or just before a major physical exam. Just like a computer...garbage in, garbage out, so it is with how we eat. Healthy eating is indeed the way to health and happiness.
